I was not disappointed, the fan and heatsink is far better quality than the price would suggest they should be. The heatsink with 5 pipes each side works much better than the standard AMD cooler that I had installed before, at around 10°c cooler under load. Although I used mx-2 thermal compound rather than the paste supplied. The fan is nearly silent and works perfectly. It is worth pointing out however that it is 3 pin argb, not a 4 pin rgb. So make sure you have a suitable header or also buy an adaptor.
The brackets come in a labelled bag so you know which is for Intel or AMD. The only minor issue was the instructions, which weren't too clear on the bracket configurations for AMD, specifically AM4 which I have. I have included a photo of the correct configuration for AM4 should anyone else have similar difficulties.
All in all though a great product that I would have expected to have paid at least twice as much for, from the more well known brands.

That really could be the summary, but I will expand on that.
So i used this with a Ryzen 9 3900x and as a product reviewer i have seen a lot of coolers over the years and to be honest most of the 120mm tower style coolers often perform within a few degrees of each other regardless of the amount of heatpipes or number of fans.
So with that out of the way we look at other defining characteristics. Price, looks, ease of installation and performance.
So price wise it is around the cheapest of the 120mm tower coolers currently
Looks - well it is stealth black with an addressable RGB fan so that is excellent
installation isn't simple but doesn't have any real gotchas that would confuse novices and seasoned installers will have this installed in less than 5 minutes (unless you drop a spring clip!)
And performance it is about 2 degrees off of the noctua nh u12s and arctic freezer 34 esports and gelid phantom black all of which are good in their own rights, but generally more expensive.
The slight downside of the cooler is the fan can get noisy at full blast, which is the same for most 120mm fans although it is notibly louder than the noctua and the snowman mt4.
overall this is now pretty much the go to cooler for most PC builds regardless of CPU or cost. As long as the price remains around the discounted £27 area it will be the new coolermaster 212 evo, but if they do like Arctic and coolermaster have done and gradually price themselves out of the market, then hopefully another contender will appear, but in the meantime this sis the one to beat
I bought this CPU Cooler when it was on sale for £25.
It's an oddly incredible little cooler. The box it comes in screams AliExpress, but the heatblock and fan are both heavy, premium and very well constructed.
Installation for AMD is very easy, I would argue easier than the standard CPU cooler that comes with them. Intel is typical and annoying, but no more than others.
You've already read the other reviews, it's temps are competitive with even the top coolers, and the price is as low as it is. So what's the catch? Honestly I really can't find one.
Heatblock is premium.
Heat Dissipation and pipe layout is premium.
Even the RGB fan is seriously premium.
Cardboard box will make your cat happy.
What more is there to say? I've rated it's Mounting System a 5/5, I think we could all learn a thing or two.
Get it, you little minx. <3
I thought this was a little high although not excessive but decided I would be happier with lower temps.
Checking out various You Tube videos I first considered an AOI but then on reflection it became apparent that a decent air cooler might do for a non overclocked cpu plus they're a lot cheaper. One of my favourite review sites
is JayzTwoCents who had done a review on this very V5 cooler and recommended it so I thought at the price it's worth a try.
Purchased with a voucher and it was £25, so far so good. Arrived promptly and really pleased with the quality, well made body with 5 copper heat pipes and a solid feel to it. Fitting was reasonably easy and as others have said dry fit first to make sure you have the brackets for the AM4 the right way round. I used the thermal paste in the box with no problem.
The fan supplied is good quality and is very quiet, clips are a touch fiddly with the gpu in place but go on ok.
Booted up and ran for a while then did a Cinebench R23 Benchmark and was really pleased that the cpu maxed out at 68º and the CPU CCD at 72º what a result.
Would highly recommend this cooler especially for the price.

Installed on a Ryzen 7-3700X inside a Corsair 5000X Icue.
Very good finish on the Cooler itself and really nice A-RGB Fans - I bought a second Vetroo A-RGB Fan.
Fitting was really easy although I didn't make it too easy on myself as I left the GPU in situ making the Fan Installation a bit fiddly on the lower Clips. And on my particular Case you cannot get to the Motherboard Backplate to hold it, which made it difficult to get the Screws that hold down the Cooler started. But again, not the fault of the Cooler itself!
Did a Cinebench R23 Benchmark and the hottest it got was 64 Degrees C flat out. Another thing, the Fans are as quiet as any other Fans I've used. So not complaints there!
To be honest this Cooler could quite easily sell for a lot more!
Personally I give it a 10/10.....
