This is a good book with nice, clear recipes, but do be aware that it is an excerpt of the book English Traditional Recipes: a heritage of food & cooking. I made the mistake of buying both.

HASH(0x989ef74c) out of 5 stars An entertaining read 30 Dec. 2009

A pleasant read but not to cook with. Many would quibble about the term "authentic recipes" now and then. A slim and attractive book that is fun to read.
