I had been looking for one of these for a long time and eventually took the plunge when it dropped in price. The battery is quite large and heavy (I guess the description rugged fits). This large form factor does need to be considered if you are worried about weight i.e. hiking, cycle touring, camping. I balanced this weight against the capacity of the battery + the waterproof nature of it. The battery was easy to use and came with two USB leads - very short ( my only criticism). There are two charging outlets under a rubberised cover with different voltages. The battery charged my devices quickly - Garmin 820 / phone / GoPro. Charging the device did seem to take quite a while, due to the high capacity of the battery and needed 6 hours to fully charge.
Unfortunately, some body stole mine whilst I was on the campsite in Dieppe. I hope they are enjoying its use and realise the impact they had on my cycle holiday. Here's hoping karma comes calling on them.
