I LOVE Thai food and have been vegetarian for years, but I'd had great difficulty finding a veggie Thai cookbook so before I got this book I had to adapt meat/fish recipes by using tofu, quorn etc. This book is just brilliant - it uses authentic Thai ingredients rather than giving westernised versions of recipes, which is a huge plus as far as I'm concerned, but most of the ingredients are available in supermarkets or from Asian grocers. The recipes are really imaginative and unusual, and many of them take less than half an hour to make. Highly recommended!
