Laura Washburn was born in Los Angeles, trained at the prestigious Paris cooking school, Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne and is now based in London. She has has recently acquired an MSc in Food Policy and works as a Community Nutrition Advisor and cookery teacher. Some dishes are vegetarian alternatives to traditiional meat containing recipes, such as lasagne of sheperds pie and the other recipes are suitable and appealing to children's taste buds in my opinion.
