I love this book. The cover and photos are very pretty and sweet so it is nice to keep it on the worktop and look at it. It has very tasty and easy to make recipes. I really like the idea of 5 ingredients. It is simple to prepare and cook the dishes. I already maked a few of them and found it amazingly tasty. If you think been a vegan is eating bland, think again! There is a hundred unbelievably tasty meals in this beautiful book. That will delight any pallet wether you are vegan or not.
I bought this book a week ago and have so far made 4 recipes from it and every single one has turned out amazingly! I absolutely love this book. Every recipe is so so simple to make, they’re easy to follow, quick, cheap as utterly delicious!! I’ve also managed to impress quite a few non vegans with these recipes to point they preferred the vegan version to non (the Wellington for example) I really couldn’t recommend this book any more. Whether you’re vegan or not BUY IT!! You won’t regret it!!!!
I have a lot of recipe books and I often find that I only want to make 1 or 2 recipes. The list of ingredients (especially in vegan cookbooks) can put me off.
This book is different because all the ingredients are simple, easy to buy and the recipes are perfect for everyday. The pictures of the 5 ingredients needed for each recipe make it really accessible and I can often see that I already have most of them in the cupboard :) I've already tried a couple and they were brilliant - really tasty!!! Definitely recommend.
Was recommended this book by a friend and although I consider myself a "flexitarian" I needed some inspiration for some meatless meals that were simple and easy for making after work! This book delivers on all of it, not only are there great breakfast, lunch and dinners but I was blown away by the selection of Desserts! It's a turning point in terms of my view of veganism & highly recommend this to anyone who knows they could do with a bit more wholefood soul food!
What a great book! The recipes are simple and easy to follow and also delicious. It is really beautifully presented. It has made vegan recipes much more accessible as the ingredients are all ones that you find in most supermarkets and you don't need a ton of unusual ingredients.
This is a great book to begin your vegan journey, to broaden your recipe collection AND to show non vegans that vegan food is not only delicious, it's super easy too. I myself am not a vegan but regularly eat vegan and vegetarian food to help cut back my meat consumption. This book makes this so simple and easy and the recipes are so delicious. My husband (very much an omnivore) has really loved these recipes too. Highly recommend.
I’m not vegan but wanted to try having a meat/dairy free day a week. I heard about these great simple recipes so thought I’d give them a go. I LOVE IT! Delicious, simple, easy and healthy. Recommend to anyone vegan or not.
