    I recently bought the Vax carpet cleaner after my cat urinated in my new carpets. It is hands-down the best purchase I’ve made for my home! With pets in the house, I was constantly struggling with muddy paws, and the occasional mess, but this carpet cleaner has been a game-changer.

    It’s easy to set up, powerful, and leaves my carpets looking and smelling fresh every time. I love how it removes deep down dirt that regular vacuuming just can’t handle. The difference is incredible; even old stains have disappeared, making my carpets look new again! The cleaner is easy to move around, so it doesn’t feel like a chore to use. Plus, it’s surprisingly easy to use!

    If you have animals or just want a reliable carpet cleaner that does an amazing job, I’d highly recommend this Vax model. It’s well worth the investment! 10/10 and will recommend every time.

    Carpets, upholstery, mattresses, providing you follow the instructions & use the correct kind of cleaning detergents, you will reap the results.
    With any power tool, it's always the cleaning after use, I have had Vax products in the past where no matter how much you did to clean it always left residue., NOT so with this model, it's a breeze to change dirty water, & clean down, noise level is acceptable for this kind of power tool, suction is great, water removal is excellent, manoeuvring is easy.
    A good all round bit of kit, I managed to purchase this on offer, but would have happily stumped up the extra based on results.
    MY ONLY NEGATIVE.
    The main handle to push and manoeuvre it around is IMO, cheap feeling, when it's assembled on arrival it doesn't have a robust enough feel for the fixings provided, that said there hasn't been any issues to date, but I believe this is a fault that will develop with use & over time.

    After setting it up checked out everything had the motor run for a minute or so sound ok. Filled up the salution with the small bottle of carpet cleaning salution. The performance of the Rapid Vax is brilliant in my opinion. I have used other makes of carpet cleaners in the past. But I have always had my late mother wee orange Vax it died on us when it was time for Autumn Cleaning. We looked around town seen many very expensive. We decided to checkout Amazon seen many great reviews for other carpet cleaning machines, but to be honest I did fancy this Vax Rapid Power Carpet cleaner. It is easy to put together, easy to handle maybe a bit heavy for some people to carry up stairs, easy to push and pull back. I used it on the landing carpet. It does do a deep clean, my advice is to use it slowly pushing forward with your finger on the salution button on the handle then pull back slowly as it does work and lift the dirt out of the carpet. I left it for 30 minutes then did a full rinse the water was filthy and did several rinses to make sure the soft was of the carpet. Left over woke up. The carpet is back to what it was like when we had it out down many years ago.

    Very easy to assemble no issues.
    Easy to use the salution that come with your Vax cannot go wrong as it is clearly marked out were your water goes, and salution goes.

    The size is ok for me, it upright good to build strength in your arms and does not hurt my back.

    Vax always make great carpet cleaners for years with good affordable price for thos on low income. Made of strong plastic easy clean and it is simple to empty and refill no issues from me. I did notice you get two year warranty when you register with Vax and your Rapid Power Vax I took a further two years out when I bought the Rapid Power Vax Carpet Cleaner when I ordered it.

    Everyone has their own opinion on what they buy here on Amazon. I bought this Vax Rapid Power Carpet Cleaner good value for the money, the salution was a small bottle that came with the machine. I would say both myself and family have all agreed it is a great machine and we all would recommend the Vax Rapid Power Carpet Cleaner has got thumbs up from the family 5 Stars.

    Now I had a old upright and it was OK but on uneven floors not the best...
    This one blows it out the ballpark.. my largest room is 12x12 the rest are small but it handles fine..scrubs...sucks and even the 40yr old carpet looks better. (I refuse to put my new grey carpet down🤣)
    It even survived a trip into the teens pit ..
    You only really have to put the handle on and it's Easy to use without reading instructions.love the settings ..bit harder to carry up narrow stairs but hey least I can clean them now as comes with hose attachment... i will admit I have loads of vax solution but I haven't tried it as on a farm you need to go industrial. Motor still smells a bit on start up as new but as long as it keeps.going it's all good in the hood.
