Needed a couple of reads through to gain a better understanding of some of the processes used although more than possible to read the book in one day.
Richard's no nonsense approach to helping people overcome limiting thinking styles and beliefs really challenges the traditional 'therapeutic' approaches adopted by many practitioners working around mental health.
