Not only will the next generation of ecology students benefit from reading this volume, but one could also do a favor for non-ecologist colleagues with a professional interest in cities by letting them know of this book and what urban ecology is now about. (Trend in Ecology and Evolution)

I got this for a class. I am not a science person but this was a great helper, it was clear and explained things in a way that I could understand. I learned more from this than from the class I think.
