Glei explains what harm email and its modern contemporaries are doing to us. She prescribes some useful tips to handle the email. From how to reply to email- many email makes us feel obliged not only to answer but to agree. She also explains why we should be meticulous about the way we draft our email, and how well-drafted email is more persuasive. The book would not be complete without a proper listing and discussion of the proper email etiquette.
If we do not handle the email well, every other aspect of our work and leisure will be badly affected. We can't afford that in this day of swift responses. There is a very helpful end-section in which Glei gives very sound and concise advice on how email should be written.
Highly recommend it. Can't wait to see what she tackles next!

The pragmatic "Cheat Sheets" in the closing chapter give clear examples of the psychology, strategy, and style points she covers in the first three chapters and put you on an immediate path toward better email. This is the user manual that should have come with every email application.
