By teaching people the possibilities and empowering them to take action, healing is again attainable for everyone. Rob helps people who want to increase their health and vitality. • People who want to take control over their own health. • People with lack of energy • People who want to lose weight • People with emotional problems • People with physical symptoms • People who want to prevent disease from ever happening. Rob’s passion for health and wellbeing started in 1994. At first he focused on mental health. With the use of hypnosis, neuro-linguistics and energy psychology, he was able to help people to reach their goals quickly and efficiently. After years of misery, clients were able to leave the room happy again. In 1996, Rob started to study how the mind influences disease processes. He noticed that emotions and beliefs directly influence symptoms and diseases. A change in emotions and beliefs often allows the disease or symptoms to disappear. His first book, “Healing Psyche“ (www.healingpsyche.com) was published in 2006. It explains the influence of the mind on the process of cancer from a scientific point of view. Many studies have already proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that the mind influences the cancer process. In this book he reveals the patterns that they all have in common. These patterns are universally applicable in the recovery of any disease or symptom. His passion for nutrition came from a desire to understand and share about the facts and fiction of nutrition. Good proper nutrition has a tremendous impact on health, yet many people do not know or do not take action on that. Those who do take action often have not researched how to get the best of the best. His mission is “Heal the World by empowering other people to heal themselves” and this book is in service to that aim.

I loved this thoroughly researched and interesting book! This is essential information presented in an easily readable format with practical exercises encouraging the reader to be proactive in making positive lifestyle changes. Nutrition is important to us all and the scientific references contained really help hammer points home. "Don't dig your grave with your knife and fork" - I wholeheartedly agree with the message of this book and recommend it without reservation.

Thank you so much to Rob van Overbruggen Ph.D. for his wonderful workbook Unleash Your Vitality and for the information given to help me improve both mine and my family's health.
I love the way Rob writes such well researched and valuable content that is presented in a structured, easy to follow and interactive way that helps you realise what you need to do to improve your health.
I now realise how my body is telling me (in some cases quite loudly with the symptoms I experience) that I need so many more nutrients to optimise my health and vitality than the food I am eating can provide me. I had never realised before that the foods I eat might not actually contain all of the goodness required anymore and there is more I can do.
I really like the train of thought that Rob works with - look at what causes health versus what causes disease, keeping your vitality points high and the 3 simple steps Rob says, remove existing vitality drains, prevent new vitality drains, add more vitality boosters and to work with all three simultaneously every day to keep optimal health. It’s very interesting learning these things and I can see that it is all so important and achievable to do.
I am eager to improve my owns steps in unleashing my vitality and I know that by working with the information I've learned from this book and fuelling by body and mind with what's required to keep my vitality points high will help me achieve that.
I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in improving their health and living a life full of energy, health and happiness. Thank you xxx.

Unleash Your Vitality hits the bull’s-eye for all those seeking an answer to good vitality, with inside information that is rare. There are plenty of books out there with information on how to live, but this is a book I wish I had at my start of my career, 33 years ago when I was building my interest in orthomolecular medicine.

This book is innovative, no-nonsense, packed with up-to-date information and with literature references. It shows that there really are ways to improve your health: those who want to make effort can reach out and change their lives.

As an orthomolecular educator for many years, and also a orthomolecular therapist I can recommend this book as a genuine start for those who are interested in orthomolecular medicine and healthy living.
