I loved this thoroughly researched and interesting book! This is essential information presented in an easily readable format with practical exercises encouraging the reader to be proactive about making positive lifestyle changes. Nutrition is important to us all and the scientific references contained really help hammer points home. "Don't dig your grave with your knife and fork" - I wholeheartedly agree with the message of this book and recommend it without reservation.

I found this is a really helpful and well-written book to support me in making healthier choices for my body. The exercises made it meaningful to me as opposed to dry theory. It has certainly promoted changes in my own life and in my practice at Positive Life Zone.
