Simple and surprisingly effective mounting for torches (flashlights) on bicycles, bags, helmets, hats, etc. Torch is held quite well, a little vibration over bumps, but this is to be expected. Central section is made of rubber, which is good as it prevents scratches or damage to the torch or handlebars. Velcro straps are somewhat long, but this may be useful for some larger torches and I easily trimmed the ends to size for my torches (mine are diameter of approx 25mm). Excellent for the price, as I've seen others for several times more. The velcro unstraps easily, which is perfect for removing torches from your bike when leaving it locked up.
Only slight complaint is a strong rubber/solvent-y smell from the middle block. This is very noticeable when removing from the packet, but fades after a couple of days, especially if left outside. Also note that these blocks are for mounting torches to items with bars perpendicular to the direction of the torch (like handlebars) - some applications may be better suited to mounting parallel to the torch, but I think these versions are available too, just check which version you need!
