I love the narrator's strong Scottish accent. The content itself is pretty decent, as it isn't giving out typical BS self-help advice. What was somewhat ironic is the author makes the point that this isn't a typical self-help book, and mocks affirmations.
The book then works around 7 set affirmations, such as 'I accept uncertainty'.
Overall though, I enjoyed this and it was short enough to not become boring like many do. The book offers motivation and makes it clear that just reading books like this will not impact your life. You need to take action.
