The book is very good, clear and to the point, however, the kindle edition sucks. The foot notes is not linked to the proper reference and as a result you can't pick the relevant case which the author relies on to support the point he discusses.

Save your money unless you don't bother with the cases law cited in the book.

This is the third edition I have owned and found it straight to the point and informative for my work. All of David Chappell's books have become an indispensable reference for the construction professional.
