Amazon Review

Dorothy Rowe offers an insightful audio tape that is a serious therapy tool to help people who feel unable to shake off persistent depression or unhappiness. Providing a valuable starting point for those who may not be clear whether they are unhappy, or if they have the illness of depression, Rowe talks the listener through identifying these two different states, which is, in itself, a critical therapeutic first step. She goes on to talk about ways of thinking, how to find a constructive path within the subjective confusion within which the listener may be enmeshed and how to re-align those thoughts that are continually bringing you back the same place, and break free.

This is a very enlightening tape--listen to it in your car, or at home and discover how to manage your depression, both in the short and long-term. --Alison Jardine

This audio tape is absolutely amazing: it takes you step by step, back to your childhood, your relationship with your parents, and explains how you build your sense of existence based on these experiences. Then she shows how most of us make wrong conclusions, and carry them to our adult life, which suddenly leads to anxiety and depression. Finally, she teaches how to break those bonds, and recover your freedom of being yourself, in the world. Amazing how it helped me. And her voice is so smooth and welcoming. I just can't stop goind back to the tapes when I am in boubt in my life.
