now this is not an exhaustive, in depth study of the campaign. It is more a general history of some of the men who were there. there is a lot of back round and some light analysis, but it is mainly the experiances of the men and women there. it is fast paced and interesting and to be honest its a very good primer for the campaign. teh writer has a wonderful style of narritive writing that allows you to feel very involved and you deffinatly feel the claustraphobia of being trapped on bataan and corrigidor. an excellent book
