Book two in the Scorpion Stinger series by Jani Kay sees conflicts, family divisions and club business hit an all time high and the price is ultimate loss, betrayal and sacrifice for all involved.

Jade and Ryder see their love and future tested in ways no one should ever have to endure, can the biker and his princess have their happy ever after with Harrison and Cobra demanding their loyalties else where and forcing choices they refuse to decide with heart wrenching consequences. But what doesn't kill you can only make you stronger, right?? Or is that all a fairy tale destined to end like Romeo and Juliet...

Harrison, ultimate revenge driven machine, meets his match with Eva. A woman who sees his poison flowing through his veins and enlightens him at what it's like to feel something other than hate, can Harrison accept his demons and move on? Can one so driven by revenge ever stop being a Beast...

I absolutely devour every book in this series, Jani creates a world so vivid and real and with characters that leap off the page that I want more as soon as it finishes. I can't wait for book 3!!!

Ahhhh, what a sweetie Ryder is and it just goes to show, you shouldn't judge a book by the cover, no matter how rugged it is!!!

The story picks up with the same old dramas: Harrison wants to stop Jade from seeing Ryder, Jade and Ryder want to be together, Ryder wants to stop Harrison from falling for his sister, Eva, and so the story continues.

It's certainly one complicated love nest in this series but it's one that is really enjoyable, at least when it's not tearing you apart. This book has, as with the others before it, its emotional highs and lows alongside pain and happiness. We get to spend more time with Harrison, who I still don't trust, and also Eva, Ryder's half sister. We get to meet Max, albeit briefly, and the relationship between him and Jade's cousin, Rebecca, is one to definitely follow through the spin-off Firebird Triology.

Personally, I can't decide who I want to read about next as all of the characters are delicious. Definitely an series to read for the MC book fans out there.

Unchain My Heart was packed with characters vying for attention. In this instalment Jani Kay kept my mind alert as I thrived on reading the pov’s from Ryder, Harrison, Jade and Eva. I loved Ryder’s relationship with Eva, thinking he had another princess on his hand, until she gave him the chance to bond and understood her hesitancy due to her relationship with her father Bill. Ryder’s primal possession over Jade was even more evident in Unchain My Heart, and his commitment to make a future with her whilst constantly battling opposition from his mc family, and Harrison hell bent on revenge was totally admirable. The guy really did have a heart of gold and was so in love with Jade his soul mate that he would do anything for her, even if that meant laying down his life, nothing could hinder this Romeo’s feelings for his Juliet. I loved that we got to see Ryder’s soft side and how protective he was over Jade, as he focused on his relationship with her the pages just warmed my heart at his need to make her happy. Eva being Harrison's Achilles heel was just amusing to read as he found himself trapped in a world of emotions he kept locked. His attraction and pursuit of her was heart racing to see if she managed to tame the beast because sparks were flying, and the tables had turned with Eva being Ryder’s sister oh there goes pay back lol! A brilliant read that had my heart aching for Jade and Ryder, hating Harrison for his actions and the excitement and suspense that unfolded at the mc club, causing rifts to be put aside as unlikely partnerships formed to extract head on revenge. Waiting anxiously for the next release in this series Shoot The Moon!

Jade and Ryder - will fate let them be together or will the odds that are stacked against them be too high?
This book explores just that.
Most of the other characters from the first story are there, so is the sex, violence and intrigue which carries on and it adds even more adversaries.
Why four stars? Because too much happened in the background and we were told about it but it would only have took a few extra thousand words to tell. The flow of the story would have been better for it. I also had questions in my head which weren't answered as I read on and still have. One important one is about the original bikers that caused Harrison's vendetta, did they belong to a M.C? Which one?
However I did like it and am waiting for the next.

The Princess and the Biker. I want more. I need More, and I shall beg if necessary.
This book is such an emotional rollercoaster. It will have you sat on the edge of your seat all the way through.
Its amazing to watch the Princess and the Bikers world's come together, all be it catastrophically at times. So close and yet so far. Its great to see a new side to Ryder and added fun to see what chaos the Summers family will bring to the table.

This book is a double header really as we get to visit both Harrison and Eva's perspectives. Can Eva thaw this Ice Kings heart? I seriously hope so. I cant wait for their story line to continue.

Keep up the great work.
