This is excellent for our forthcoming grandson. For sure he will arrive in this world a very happy, content and happy child with the benefit of listening to this lovely CD. Not only will it be soothing for him until he is 'ready' to be be born but it also helps us to beautiful calmness.

I listen to this CD regularly and I find that it settles my unborn baby. I'm at the end of my pregnancy and when the baby is really active at night, it can be quite uncomfortable. I have the feeling that my baby recognises the music and it has a soothing effect. I play this at night time when I'm going to my bed and also find that I tend to nod off before the last track. What is a bit annoying: I think I have all the tracks on other CDs at home, so there is nothing new or particularly special for pregnancy here. Nonetheless, I do use the CD and it has saved me from making a compilation CD from my own music.

This is a lovely CD with a great selection of music on it. I bought it to listen to and play to my bump when I was pregnant and I now use it every nap time and bedtime to put my 6 month old to bed! I also often play it in the car - when my daughter gets aggitated in the backseat and I am not able to stop, often I will put this CD on and it calms her right down. Whether it works because the music is calming or because I played it to her when she was in utero, I don't know!? Even if it didn't have such a calming effect on my baby I would still recommend it as it is a lovely selection of music and I enjoy listening to it through the monitor!! I have two other classical music CDs for babies and this one is by far the best.
