I found this book extremely helpful in understandfing what comprises the make up of Omega fats and why they are so vital to good health. The book is very well researched and includes an impressive bibliography. To further aid in the effort to alter one's diet toward more use of the Omega fats, the author has reserved a section in the book for many tasteful recipes.
