4.0 out of 5 stars The Ultimate Kindle Fire guidebook 5 Oct. 2012

The book was very informative. For those that are not computer literate,a very good guide for the Kindle fire. It was a good purchase.

1.0 out of 5 stars Worthless 21 Sept. 2012
By Don G - Published on Amazon.com

From Amazon.com Amazon insists that I rate this order 1-5 stars. It doesn't deserve any stars. Don't waste your money or your time. No better than the "guide" that comes with the Kindle Fire. Great disappointment. I had already bought another guide book, hoping that this guide would add to the information I had.

4.0 out of 5 stars The Ultimate Kindle Fire Guidebook 7 Sept. 2012
By Kimberly Matthews - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase
When I got my kindle fire, I wanted to learn everything I could about it. Therefore I purchased this book. It is my go to book when I am unsure of something I want to do on the kindle fire. It is my answer book for questions I may not find. This is one book I think everyone should get if they want to know how to use their kindle fire to it full potential.

5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to follow, provides great information 6 Aug. 2012

There are a lot of books about the kindle fire on amazon right now. Most of them aren't all that good because of the writing or lack of screenshots. I was first impressed by the number of screenshots in this book. There are screenshots on every page. Whenever the author talks about a button or a part of the screen, there is an accompanying screenshot. The only time I noticed that there weren't screenshots was when he already talked about part of the interface earlier in the book and didn't include doubles of the screenshots (probably to save space).

All major parts of the Kindle are discussed and explained in a way that any level of user will be able to understand and use. I'm very happy with it and already sent a gift copy to my sister who got a kindle fire recently.
