Formulated for the “hard gainer” with a fast metabolism who demands a high level of carbohydrate to prevent the breakdown of tissue protein for energy by the body. The amino acids are derived from a blend of whey protein and casein, soy protein, egg albumen and added BCAAs to provide a time released delivery of nitrogen. Muscle fuel mass is high in BCAAs and l-glutamine. These amino acids are important chemical units that make up protein. Ideal for individuals battling to gain weight, as well as athletes training for three hours or more per day, as a post-exercise nutrition shake.
For any person who needs a high-quality nutrition shake that is high in premium protein and carbs to assist in gaining lean muscle; bodybuilders, athletes and non-training individuals who need an alternative to regular foods. As a food supplement, add three scoops to 400 ml of cold water. Use a blender or hand held shaker for about 30 seconds. Have two to three servings daily (servings may be halved). For even higher calories in the form of extra protein and carbs you could use fat free milk instead of water.

There's no real downside to this shake except to say if you think it's going to taste like those from the fast food giants then your going to be sorely disappointed because it doesn't; although I never expected it would. I do think to get the best mix of this shake you do need to use a electric blender rather than the plastic mixing bottles that are available
P.S if you think this will work without putting in the effort at the gym and changing you diet then your mistaken it is only an aid the main part is yourself and what your willing to put in.
I had the strawberry flavour, tastes great as far as protein goes. I use this a couple of times a day. Either for breakfast on my way to work or mid morning supplement and then another after my training session later that day. Since I have been using it I have begun to see some gains both visually and on the scales. But most importantly where I want to see the gains coming.
Great price for a great product

Bruce Banner may have got results but it's easier this way.
Lovely tasting, easily blended by any shaker and the value for money is immense, 5kg tub for the price of a 2kg in the shops, hell of a bargain.Published 7 months ago by Chris Davies
