Overall the material/build quality definitely has you reminding yourself that you get what you pay for but the keys are responsive and have had no problems using it or setting it up, bizarrely it has a numlock key and light despite of course having no numpad, very strange but just so happens I bought it for my older laptop so I don't have to have the weight of it in my lap while typing, the laptop doesn't have lights to show when the lock buttons are on so kinda nice to have them on this one, but I would've thought mine would be a fairly unique usecase and that usually these would be good for someone who wants a small cheap keyboard for a terminal or something, guessing this is more a side effect of the same machinery being used for multiple models of keyboard so the lock and light are there regardless of whether the pad is, just funny and a lil weird

The rest of the keys are just uncomfortable and allow very slow typing.
I started writing this review with that keyboard. I tried to be patient, but I only got to the start of the second sentence, it was torture...

Pretty useless. I only wanted this as an emergency keyboard, so didn't mind low quality, but it is pretty impossible to write on it. That is, unless you don't need for example the letter "R", which can only be input with serious pressure (even hard tapping doesn't work, you have to really press down to get it). Then there's the "L" key that works like a toggle, you press it, it stays down, you press it again/tap once or twice it gets unstuck... "Print Screen" is a key that you don't use much and that is good, because if you press it it moves down together with +/= below it!

For the price, you do get a keyboard which is both short and does not have the stupid inverted tilt that wreaks your wrists. However, don't expect a quality , reliable product here. I bought two of these, one for work and one for home, as I needed a flat, short keyboard for ergonomic reasons. In the one at work, the Ctrl key does not work. The Shift key would also be activated whenever you pressed Alt. I solved this with a knife point - the cheap plastic between the two keys had not been separated properly. In the one I have at home, the back space key the right arrow don't work. Obviously not an exception.

I got this keyboard as my netbook has an irritating non-standard keyboard, a full size keyboard is too big to use on all surfaces so I wanted something a bit smaller than I could squeeze in front of my netbook. This is definitely an improvement and it has a full row of function keys on the top row which don't double up with anything else (heaven!). The main issues are it's a bit plasticky and the keys are quite loud when you are typing quickly. Some of the keys are also in different places, Ins and Del are tucked away down on the bottom row and the Alt key is 3rd from the left on the bottom row whereas normally it's 4th from the left. I'll gradually get used to these but I use so many different keyboards it takes me a few minutes to adapt. Overall though it's good value for the price and for the cost it's worth trying to see if it helps with your keyboard issues.

I bought this a while ago to use as a secondary keyboard for my laptop when using external displays. This keyboard is cheap. As in built crap. The keys stick. Cannot even use it. Unfortunately out of the return window so it’s going to have to get binned. AVOID.

Good value, but stopped working properly after a couple of weeks. It would suddenly disconnect itself from laptop's USB without any reason and very hard to connect it again. Not recommended.

Great little keyboard - very slim which suits the pocket on my laptop bag just fine! My only downside would be, as someone working in IT where I have to type out hostnames a bunch, the lack of a backslash key is a bit of a downside and I do find myself using my other mini keyboard more often than this.
It's still a great little keyboard, and is great for laptop bags.

After a few weeks of (light) use the letter "R" needs more pressure than others.
Not that impressed.
A few weeks later...
More keys failing. Utter rubbish, avoid as not worth the disappointment.
