Not sure what I expected from this inexpensive purchase but was definitely pleasantly surprised!

Tone of Writing vs. Value of Content:
Tone of writing is base, but information within was precise, applicable and ... definitely worth in value far more than I paid!

Whilst I had some knowledge of some of the content - sufficient to be assured the author genuinely knows his stuff - I was also delighted to learn quite a lot too.
I've applied aspects of his advice and am already seeing results.

Buy it:
I'm loathe to gush but if you're frustrated in your training or 'getting ripped' endeavors, I'd definitely buy this book!

Great book, you would be silly not to get this for such a cheap price, to reduce the size some links are included to you tube. The information is good, as a bodybuilder it makes sense, for example drink cold water, train in the cold to use more fat, intermittent fast, supplements to take, increasing testosterone levels, eating junk food to assist on staying on the diet (cheat days) but keeping the body guessing, duration of sleep affecting muscle and fat levels, HIT, managing your insulin levels to increase fat loss. For 77p learnt a few tricks here that will be part and parcel of my training and dieting regime.

I've just started on a regime, and am researching info by the best. Mr. Carter is one of them. Some of his info is backed up by guys who've been training others for decades...old school style. I still learned a few extra things too which I'll give a go once my primary training is done. I especially love his videos. Very cool and finally happy to see someone utilising this nifty feature...isn't that what having ebooks is all about? They can be multimedia information devices...and Carter has taken his tips to the hilt. Good stuff.

If like me, you have done your research on fitness and health. I read article after article, book after book, only to find the information that I've encountered before or worse, information contradicting proven methods. At less than £1, I couldn't go far wrong. I read through the book and impressed is an understatement.
It's clear, well laid out and most important, I came across information, I never knew before.
Do yourself and your fitness a favour, buy this book.
Learn something new and start the journey to a better physique.

Just brilliant. Answers and clarifies many questions. If you're into fitness, this is the best 99p you'll spend in a long time. I've read it pretty quickly, and keep coming back to it a quick read-through for reference and motivation.

Loved the book, not too long and in well put together sections, you can see the amount of effort that has gone into the book, to make it and it's great. I liked that he included links to videos on his YouTube channel, so that you could get more info or get more of an understanding of what he's talking about or just how to do something. (plus he has some really good other videos on his channel). There is a lot of good content and it does go in depth even though its not a particularly long book. The only issue i have with the book is that there's a lot of advertising for different supplements, its not that big of deal to be honest and i'm not sure if it qualifies as advertising. But for example in one section he explains the importance and benefits of taking these supplements which is great. But then at the end of each part of that section on each of the supplements, It's like get your creatine here (link), get your fish oil here (link), it perhaps would of been better to just to say to use and benefits of these types of supplements like he has done but without the external links. However maybe this is how the book can be sold so cheaply, I don't know. Good book, great read, i recommend it.

Brandon carter is an honest guy who will tell you exactly what needs to be done instead of beating round the Bush. I recommend this book to anyone with fitness goals as it has helped me a whole lot!
