Zuffa began releasing these compilation DVDs last year with 'the best of 2007'. Let me just say I was a huge fan of this DVD as it contained the great title fights of that year and the hugely entertaining fights featuring lesser known fighters such as the Houston Alexander KOs and Roger Huerta Vs Clay Guida, one of my all time favourite fights.

This year it simply contains the former as Zuffa have simply chosen to include title fights or co-main events which is great for the casual fan but for fans of the sport it seems a little bare.

As a result numerous fights of the night from PPVs are excluded and we are basically given a snapshot of title fights from that year featuring BJ Penn, Lesnar, Mir, Griffin, Evans and GSP. Not a huge VARIETY to say the least. The DVD contains :

What more could anybody want!? Randy Couture and Brock Lesnar AND all the rest... i have watched this many times and i could just put it on right now and enjoy it!
