Nevertheless, I really enjoyed reading about the regiment and found the photographs very interesting.
If you have any interest at all in the Great War then this is a must. If you have an interest in the Tyneside Scottish then all you need is here!! There is a very detailled appendix covering gallantry awards, casualties and nominal roles of all 4 battalions.
A great read and an excellent reference.

Good specialised history book on this regiment if you are undertaking research or just interested.
Quite large paperback but thats fine i think.
