There were no reviews for the Nexus 6 but I checked the compatibility list on the manufacturer's website and it was listed, so I took a punt and I'm happy to report it is more than capable.

The design is sleek and available in all colours: if you want black (unlike the Amazon US site which has a variety of colours). As mentioned in previous reviews this uses a proprietary charger, not micro-USB, but the cable length is generous, well over a metre. One slightly strange aspect is the positioning of the 3-pins on the plug, it's perpendicular to the main block and would be really inconvenient if used on an extension gang plug board, I've never seen this plug type before and they probably did this to save costs.

The Nexus 6 happily charges in portrait and landscape modes, do remember that it doesn't charge when the phone's at 99 - 100%, so if you're phone's already charged you may think it's not working.

Best of all is that it that my Nexus 6 even charges when in a case, I use the Nexus 6 Case, Spigen [Stand Feature][Wallet S] - Black (SGP11247) case and the Tylt VU has no issues with it, but note it doesn't charge when the front flap is flipped over (doubling the width) but that's entirely understandable, so as long as the front flap is open or closed it'll work which is great for overnight charging.

Really happy with this apart from the weird plug!

First I'll admit mine was not bought from Amazon. Because when I bought it the black version wasn't listed on Amazon, only the three garish colours, and I really didn't fancy those !
This is great, it charges my Nexus 7 as fast as the USB cable. With or without a case fitted. Without ever getting more than slightly warm (excess heat is a common cause for complaint in wireless chargers).
I was curious about the power consumption as it runs so cool, and having measured the power (at the AC input) I'm even more impressed.
* Charging my Nexus 7 (off, sleep or in use): 6.2W
* When Nexus 7 has reached full charge: 1.7W
* When no device in place: 0.0W (clearly there must be some power, but too low for my meter to show !)
Clearly this is way smarter than the average wireless charger. No regrets at buying it.

I bought one of these - and I didn't pay the Amazon price. I've noticed that on Amazon.com - they are half the price - £35!!!
It arrives beautifully packaged - and frankly the whole thing is a work of art and has the feel of quality all over it.
It has a very nice non-slip rubber covering.
Also it has a very discreet LED under it which glows green when it is charging.
5* for design.

However, Because it is a stand charger - rather than laying your phone down on a flat base, the correct positioning for your phone to charge properly may be difficult to achieve.
This is because you can't alter the position of the phone on it without putting something under the lower edge of the phone to lift it up - which rather takes away from the beauty of the design. For instance, I found that my new Samsung S5 would switch in and out of charging when placed in the normal position on the Tylt unit. Placing the phone upside down meant that I couldn't read the alarm display at night.
In the end, I found that setting the S5 on its side resulted in correct charging - and with the added advantage of the display rotating to display a larger clock. However, with the phone in this position, it looks cumbersome. It charged my Galaxy S3 in the upright position without any problem.
2* for the lack of adaptability to different phones.

Secondly - as has already been said - it uses a non-standard socket instead of a normal mini-usb port. This is a shame - but I see that the unit requires 12v input which may be more than a USB port can provide. I don't know. 4* for non-conformity with international standards.

Finally, the display angle is quite laid back.
