If you were watching this programme in the eighties you will love revisiting it now. It is a slow warm TV treat that makes you smile from beginning to end. It is a wonderful reminder of how life was so much simpler back then. If you buy this DVD you will not regret it. Don't expect to laugh out loud for hours on end, but do expect to smile, relax, and feel great.

I watched this originally and was rather taken with the young lady as well as Lyndhurst. I waited and waited for the second series to appear on DVD and eventually gave up not even now knowing if the continually delayed release has yet happened. I took it off my wish list about a year ago which is a shame. Maybe I'll look it up again althougth these days I prefer to by complete sets of all episodes.

A lovely gentle series enjoyed by the whole family. Worth watching as it epitomises the time that it was made in the mid eighties.

What a waste of time it was buying series 1 as there are no plans to release series 2 before 2019.

Very funny and entertaining. Most people would enjoy watching it. Kids would find it boring and old fashioned I am sure.

Who doesn't love Nicholas Lyndhurst and it is nice seeing him in his own show.

A really good show. It's a shame that series 2 is not available.
