Becky McGraw has a very talented imagination and spoils her readers with new inventive ways to write her books. Deep Six Security boss Dave Logan and new bride Susan go on their honeymoon, and leave their mobile phones in a gift box and Slade in charge with no way of contacting them. Slade is then in charge when a very bad situation happens. The Prince and his family they are babysitting when the prince's Sson is kidnapped, and the team are fired. Slade starts trying to solve there problems and save the contract, so many twists and turns and red herring to sort through. Really love this series and as usual we the fans will not be disappointed, can't put this book down. Well done Becky.

This is the second book in the Deep Six series but it can be read as a standalone and I found it to one of the most enjoyable books I have read for a while. The hero, having been injured in Afghanistan, is suffering from PTSD and this issue is dealt with sensitively and well in the book, he also has a service dog. The characters are well described and developed and I found myself drawn into their lives and situations. I have read the first book in the series, Till Death and the Kindle World book SEALed Fate which are set in the same Deep Six Security world and found this to be a great next story in the series. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys stories of military heroes who leave the military and continue to work in security protecting the country. A great read.

Honestly Deep Six Security series just gets better. I absolutely loved Till Death but Twisted Honor is awesome, one of those books you can't put down and to be honest you will get nothing done unit you finish it. Once again Becky McGraw has some awesome characters, one sexy hot SEAL, one little bit of a woman and two loveable dogs. Put them all together and it's one absolutely brilliant book. You have some funny moments, fireworks going off and it also deals with some sensitive issues. I would highly recommend Twisted Honor to anyone.

This is the second bk of this new series. It deals with emotionally charged topics in a sensitively and compassionate manner. It also has hot alpha males and steamy scenes whilst it also has a quirky humorous side to it which made me laugh.

HASH(0x91f2ac24) out of 5 stars A Thriller of A Read 16 Sept. 2015
By coffeegoddesstk - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
As Dave Logan's second-in-command at Deep Six Security, Slade is less than excited to be left holding down the fort at home while Dave and his new bride Susan are away (and incommunicado!) on their honeymoon. Because, as sure as shooting, trouble comes knocking, and it's up to Slade and the rest of the Deep Six crew to keep things from boiling over. Add in one small but mighty woman and her ill-behaved dog, a kidnapped boy, and a former Special Forces operative with a bad attitude, and it's all Slade can do to keep from losing it.

Becky McGraw's Deep Six Security series is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. The men of Deep Six are a force to be reckoned with, but it's their personalities and quirks that make them so enjoyable. And, of course, any woman that is equal to the task of hanging with the men of Deep Six has got to be feisty and self-assured, and both Taylor and Cee Cee have that in spades.

I thoroughly enjoyed Twisted Honor. It is action-packed, with an engaging storyline, and, as I said, characters that I have really come to like. I also very much appreciate that Becky weaves information into the plot about subjects that are very pertinent to former military folks and the people that care for them.

Twisted Honor is an all-around good read, and is an easy 4-star book for me. If you're a fan of a bunch of alpha males and the women that love them (and, really, who isn't?!), grab this one and enjoy. (P.S. If you haven't read Till Death (Deep Six Security Book 1), I highly recommend it, too.)

HASH(0x92060abc) out of 5 stars Doesn't leave you lacking in anything 15 Dec. 2015

Wow, I thought the first book in this series was great, and it was, but Twisted Honor shot the series up a couple levels. Slade was an intriguing character in the first book, but he really comes into his own in this book. Left in command when his boss at Deep Six Security goes on his honeymoon Slade knows he doesn't want to be in charge, and he quickly finds out why. Things go bad fast and Slade is scrambling to save the contract with their biggest client. Between his PTSD, his service dog Lola, his decision to hire two new female agents (not the most popular decision in this male dominated world) and the fact he really doesn't want to be boss, Slade is struggling and that just makes him real. Bring in Taylor, one of his new hires, and her goofy Lab Buddy, and Slade's life is definitely twisting in the wind. Taylor is also a complicated personality. She's strong while facing many complications in her life and Slade is one of them. The two of them are great together. The issues Deep Six Security face in this tale come straight from recent actual headlines. Terrorism, explosions and kidnapping allow the talented and eclectic employees at DAS to shine. Their specialties and character are showcased in this book and make the story riveting. Ms. McGraw has created a seriously impressive world of strong women, daring men and convincing storylines. The dogs are the icing on this cake.

HASH(0x91f2a834) out of 5 stars Deep Six is getting deeper... 24 Sept. 2015
By Debbie Collins - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
Slade, one name only, (yeah right), is ex-military working for Deep Six Security. He is paranoid and suffers from PTSD, his saving grace is his dog Lola, a military dog, trained to sniff out bombs among other things. His boss, Logan is on his honeymoon and has left Slade in charge which doesn't sit well with him at all. Enter Taylor Kincaid, head of security at the posh hotel, where the prince's son has been kidnapped. Slade and Taylor have to work together to find the kidnapped boy, along with Lola and Taylor's dog Buddy. If Slade thinks he can get away with bossing Taylor around, he is in for a surprise, she is quite a little firecracker, as they soon find out.
Kudos to Becky McGraw, she handled a real problem, PTSD, with dignity and grace, when Slade would have a flashback, I could almost feel his pain, and despair. Taylor has her own issues, and the although the two are a messed up pair, they have a job to do, and I must say they do it very well.
If you love a book loaded with action, passion, humor and a cast of lovable but quirky characters, then this book is for you. Be forewarned, you will not want to put it down, it is that good. The antics of Buddy, the dog is priceless, and so is the underwear obsession that Slade has. The epilogue was precious, I really enjoyed it. Becky McGraw, if I could give this one more than five stars, I would have gladly done it!!

HASH(0x9213851c) out of 5 stars Another amazing story to add to this series 15 Sept. 2015
By Literature Litehouse - Fun with Books - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
Another amazing story to add to this series. Slade and Lola have been a team since his military days. There is just something about a man and his dog that have an instant appeal. When Dave leaves for his honeymoon and leaves Slade in charge of Deep Six Security with no way to communicate with him it is just the tinder that Slades needs to make some changes that have been a long time coming and his first order of business is to hire some more help.

Add to the mix the beautiful Taylor who was head of security for a first class hotel, until she was fired for something that she had no control over. Taylor is brought into Deep Six Security and has to prove that she is tough enough to deal with the male egos that are already there. Then there are Lola and Buddy (a couple of really fun sub-characters with furry personalities) help to add some pretty intense depth to things and the twists and turns that are intertwined into the story will keep you enthralled.

There are so many things to like about this book that I'm not sure where to begin. Becky McGraw has a way of putting a spin on a story that has your attention captured from the very beginning until the story is over.

This is a fast paced romance with some intense characters, hot alpha men, strong sassy women and canines with attitude

HASH(0x9228f864) out of 5 stars Becky nailed it!!! Twisted Honor--explosive, full of plot twists and romance. 19 Sept. 2015

I can't believe it! Texas Trouble has been my go-to series by Becky McGraw for a long time. I thought it always would be. I was wrong. The series has been taken down by the men and women of Deep Six Security. Ex-Military, macho, sexy and gorgeous men standing toe to toe with women of strength, determination, and beauty make for a wonderful exciting combination. Twisted Honor continues the tradition with a strong male and female as main characters. Slade has been left in charge of Deep Six while Dave is on his honeymoon. After a smooth first day Slade began to relax. Of course that was when world came crashing down around him. Taylor, hotel security chief, looses her job because of the same kidnapping that ruined Slade's day. Slade hires Taylor to help him with the investigation. Slade needs to save Deep Six's reputation. Taylor needs to protect her honor. You are lead to believe that things will get easier. You would be wrong. The story is littered with explosions, shootings, false accusations and so much more. Romance weaves throughout the story, but it isn't always smooth going. Add the challenges of Slade and Taylor's PTSD (yes, they both suffer from the disorder) in to the mix and you have pages of stress and frustration just to make sure you are kept interested. I got so enraptured within the story that I finished before I thought to put it down.
