Being a fan of high intense workout especially cardio and aerobics based I loved this the music is very energising (you will sing along) the instructor has loads of smiles and energy which helps aswell as her team, the package comes with eating plan aswell as calendar which I like not so much for the eating plan as it's heavily focused around meat and eggs which I don't eat and don't wish to eat so often but the calendar is great the plan is realistic and keeps you focused to achieving the results, as I use this alongside insanity and pt247 etc I did not complete this on its own but I would still recommend it's definetly a good home workout investment especially if you do not feel so comfortable to workout outdoors or in a gym, you can build confidence at home with this and you will also feel your inprovement overtime. Years later I still own this and refuse to get rid it's one I return to often. The measure tape and resistance bands are a bonus too, would recommend :) p

Well What can I say about Turbofire,,, I'm addicted I brought the advanced classes too as I love this so much I'm on week 17 and down 40lbs never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd lose that much weight and the change in my body is amazing,,,, Buy Buy Buy stick to the calender and you too could get some crazy insane results.It does take a while for you to master all the moves but stick with it and it becomes easy, one trick i learned was to watch the classes on youtube to pick them up quicker, I learned pretty quick this way Chalene Johnson is so motivational that you think you was actually in the class with her. Must Buy and if you love it I suggest you buy the advanced class too fire 60 is the best workout of the lot, just pushes you further than you thought you could'nt go, I brought the advanced classes on Amazon too and they were all the classes on the schedule so dont be put off on the comments for the advanced classes as they have resolved this now I had no problems anyway.!

I purchased this in the hope that it would really give me a kick into fitness and it sure has delivered!
The trainer has such enthusiasm and is so encouraging. Yes she is a bit American but she has such a zest and truly enjoys what she does that you get stuck in to every work out and you want to give her every bit of energy you have. This is well worth the money and the time!

Ordered day before came next day amazing delivery just put on first cd the moves are very hard to master and too quick to learn so I'm not sure. However woman is friendly and very encouraging, comes with timetable and measuring tape, eating plan, and a range of CDs hope I can master the moves and lose weight,, lol

I love this workout!
Firstly, Chalene Johnson is upbeat, enthusiastic, full of great tips and very motivational. Some may find her a little sickly-cheerful, but I personally find that she's just the kind of positive attitude I need at 5 o clock in the morning. She keeps it light-hearted and fun, even when the tempo is racing and your muscles ache.
Secondly, I am in good shape. I have completed Insanity 3 times, I lift weights, I run and I am generally very active, but I still found Turbofire a great workout. For those who "hardly broke a sweat" doing this workout, sorry, but I doubt you were working hard enough. If you put in every bit of effort and all of your energy, you will be sweating, aching and panting by the end. Sure, it's not as intense as the likes of some combat classes or Insanity, but it gets the job done. And if you need to up the intensity, try weighted ankle bands and weighted gloves... if you think you're up to it?
Thirdly - the "class" aspect... never bothered me if I'm honest. I didn't find it cheesy or cringe-worthy at all. I liked the feel of doing it along with people. The happy, cheerful, fit people made me smile. And their perfect bodies? Surely, just something to work towards? And being advocates of Turbofire, that surely shows that it works.
Finally - results....... if you do Turbofire, approach it with a positive attitude, follow the workout calendar, give it your best shot, eat healthily and KEEP GOING you are going to see results, there are no two ways about it. The first time I did Turbofire, I lost 2 stones in 12 weeks and I didn't starve myself by any means. Turbofire is what got me started, I have since done 3 rounds of Insanity and another round of Turbofire and now on my 3rd before I tackle Insanity again. Persistence is the key - if you want those results, you have to do more than buy the DVD's... you have to buy the program and see it through to the end x

I was looking for something that would get me back into fitness, mix things up and get me into a bikini with confidence for the first time in 37 years. The box contains all you need and having completed the first week I love it and look forward to doing the workout. Having done Davina McCall for a number of years this is a whole different concept, I've never worked so hard particularly in the HIIT sessions but I love it. I have described this to friends as the girly version of insanity. Charlean can be a tad annoying but she explains everything well and you have the option of breaking down the workouts so you get them rather give up because you can't keep up. Whether I do the whole 20 weeks remains to be seen but its something I can dip into and have a good session

Convenient holder for all the discs with daily combinations on the one disc per session, so easy to use. Enthusiastic trainer.
