You receive the items just as pictured. The ball is in a funny rubber though, it's not the shiny plastic you normally associate with gym balls, however, it seems fine it's just not as shiny (plus point, it doesn't gather dust) I used to own a very large 75cm ball, so this looked like a beach ball by comparison. However i'm only 5.2' so this is the right size for me. Once you blow it up using the pump, you need to insert one of the 3 plugs into the opening (they look like golf tee's) so it sticks out a little, presumably so you can remove it if you want to inflate it again.

The mat is a standard mat, good non slip and a nice lilac colour, the reverse side doesn't have 'Tunturi' on it so you can just turn it over if you prefer.

The Stretch band is good, it also has 'Tunturi' wrote on it, it's not particularly long but long enough. I believe that the resistance is at the lower end at 0.35.

I don't have a clue what the strap is for, it looks like a woven belt without the buckle, it's used for stretching maybe?

The exercise chart isn't really much it's just a few moves you can do on the ball shown in pictures. There are no hints as to what to do with the other items.

Overall a good starter kit.

The yoga ball is firm, and easy to pump up. It pumps to about 50cm, and is eady to use.

The yoga mat is a standard one, its good quality, and does'nt slip.

The stretch band is a good length, and really helps with strecthes.

The strap is also a good lengh, and has tunturi written on it.

Overall a good product, and fun to use for exersice.
A recomended buy!
