Format: Hardcover
Saw rave reviews of this book in the Journal of Int Banking as well as the Society for Int Trust Practitioners Review. Both Rated it very higly and indeed, they were right. This is an excellent book - pioneering - catering both to practitioners and academics. Only one of its kind to really get to the substance of this relatively new area of the international financial sector or offshore financial sector as commonly called. Indepth and conprehensive analysis of case law, legislation and policy of this field. Worth every cent
