Having been in my role for many years now, now self employed, I would have done things a lot differently, let this book show you how.
The Author is obviously someone who's gone through a lot to make a success of himself and you can see he is driven by passion for the industry.
If you are brand new to the fitness industry, want to open your own gym or want to go it alone and work in peoples home, you can take something home from this book. There's even a chapter devoted to essential things to organise to get your business going well. I wish I had this book when I started out myself.
It's filled with common sense philosophy which is valuable and can't be denied. It will be bound to save you both time and money.
There are lots of fitness books out there, but this one deserves to be in your collection.
