Trevor Maynard (1963-) was born in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, England. He is the editor of global anthology series, having showcased over 150 poets from all over the world. The Poetic Bond, including THE POETIC BOND, THE POETIC BOND II, THE POETIC BOND III, THE POETIC BOND IV, THE POETIC BOND V, The POETIC BOND VI and The Poetic Bond VII. From March 31, 2018, he will be calling for submissions for THE POETIC BOND VIII, due for publication late in 2017. He manages the "Poetry, Review and Discuss" group on Linkedin (www.linkedin.com/groups/Poetry-Review-Discuss-2396330.) which currently have 17,800 members (Dec, 2017). He recently edited LIFE DANCES, an anthology of short stories, which includes the winners of The RH Cunningham Memorial Short Story Competition 2017, as well his own adaption "The Dance" from handwritten journals of RH. Trevor's new poetry collection GREY SUN, DARK MOON, is now available. He has also edited ECHOES IN THE EARTH, a collection by award winning Indian poet, PUSHPITA AWASTHI. He read Theatre Studies and Dramatic Art at Royal Holloway College and has worked for ten years in the theatre, writing, directing and producing. Trevor is married to Jo and has four kids, eight grandchildren, as well as two cats.
