Adult's ALPACA is a great fitness accessory but it is also a great alternative to a light backpack for hikers as it enables you to keep your hands free as you climb trails. This waist bag has a capacity of 3 litres, so could easily hold your essentials - phone, keys, wallet and camera. There are three zipped pockets and internal organiser. The hip belt is adjustable so you can ensure you have a good, comfortable and snug fit which is necessary if you are running or hiking with a waist bag. ALPACA has the added benefit of an audio loop, which will enable you to listen to your tunes and immerse yourself in your activity. This waist bag also has mesh bottle pockets so you can easily transport your water bottle and keep yourself hydrated.

Loads of room to store my phone, keys, poop bags, treats, inhaler, painkillers, hankies, folding travel dog bowl, shewee and in the netting pockets I keep a ball and a bottle of water. Yes it does stick out...what bag wouldn't with all that inside it.
It fits very comfortably around my waist and has never loosend by itself. The handle on the top is brilliant so thst I can just grab it easily and carry when it's not needed around my waist.
It's fabulous for camping too as I don't need to keep popping into the tent or pod to get my meds etc, I can keep everything close by in one roomy bag. The little headphone 'hole' is surrounded by rubber so stops any water leaking through on a raimy day. Speaking of rain. ...I've been caught in three terrible downpours and nothing was wet inside the bag, so it's totally waterproof.
The only negative is that it would be even better with reflective strips around the belt and the bag itself. Hardly a negative really but more like a suggestion.
I'd definitely recommend this bag if you're a disabled person, hiker, biker, dog walker, camper. Id say that it's too big if you're a runner but that's just my opinion.
