The quality or reproduction in this book was surprisingly poor. It must however be stressed that I bought a used copy although it looked brand new. First of all the printed pages do not really have any margins at the top of the page, like they were cut too fine at the top, this makes for uncomfortable reading. In addition, the book was bound irregularly. By this I mean that the pages continue from page 1 to page 106 completing chapter 1 and then suddenly continue on from chapter 10 at page 765 until the end of chapter 11 and then continues on with chapter 2. Other than these two glaring errors the book treats the subject well, is concise and clear. It is unlikely that my copy is the only one with this error given the unlikelihood of this happening randomly.

excelent reference for any course in advanced transport phenomena, good balance in math and theory, and easy to read, very well organized, like most of the book writen by Mech Engs.... (Excellent for Chem Engs and Mech Engs, but not good for those areas weak in math)

This is an excellent book for anyone working multiphase flow. I found the first four chapters to be really helpful with my own research.
