Transcend provides it's own SSD Scope software (download from their website) which is fairly comprehensive and will also clone your existing drive as well as carry out maintenance and benchmarks. As a bonus, you don't need to register to download it and it doesn't require any additional heavyweight Java libraries or .NET rubbish.
I used SSD Scope to clone my existing Samsung stock SSD to the 128GB Transcend M.2 which worked perfectly. All partitions of the Samsung, including the all-important Lenovo recovery / installation drive, were cloned across. Then I simply changed the boot order to start with the M.2 slot and it worked first time.
Speed is impressive too. SSD Scope returned the following benchmarks and these are with a Windows 7 64-bit professional build installed on the Transcend:
522.5 MB/s sequential read
264.2 MB/s random read
159.6 MB/s sequential write
159.4 MB/s random write
The read speeds are not far off the advertised 560 MB/s but the write speeds are bang on the money and almost meet the advertised 160 MB/s.
Not used the SSD extensively yet but so far it has met the expectation (it's noticeably quicker, especially during boot and shutdown, than the stock Samsung which has similar specs) and given there are not many 2240 form factor M.2 SS's available, this tiny little rocket is well worth considering.
It was literally a case of inserting the drive in and selecting it to install Windows.
I don't have benchmarks, but in terms of real-life performance it is comparable to a mid-range Sandisk SSD that I have in my Desktop. It's not blazingly fast, but it's leaps and bounds beyond the speed you'll get from a HDD, in both read and write situations.
I've only had the drive for 4 months or so, so I can't speak for its longevity, but for ease of use, packaging, reasonable speed, value, and its performance thus far, I'm giving it a 5* rating.
Really happy, laptop now runs very much cooler now my older mechanical HDD isn't spinning. I'm hoping for some extended battery life too courtesy of the reduced power consumption.

Really happy, laptop now runs very much cooler now my older mechanical HDD isn't spinning. I'm hoping for some extended battery life too courtesy of the reduced power consumption.
I.e. the hybrid drive is okay as long as you use one operating system only.
This SSD is large enough for system files of both operating system. Thus, avoids the limitation of a hybrid drive and makes the system much faster.
Installed this along the internal SATA drive, which has Windows on it (corporate build that I'm not allowed to mess with).
I installed Linux on the SSD and everything "just worked".
Now I can select which drive to boot from BIOS (UEFI?), so the two co-exist perfectly happily (ignorant of one another).
Performance is, of course, very good compared to spinning metal disk.
Only annoyance is that there was no standoff screw on the motherboard so had to order that elsewhere - only cost pennies, would have been nice if one was included with the drive.
