Okay, so this is designed as a cheap alternative to the Apple wireless keyboard with its white keys on brushed aluminium look. It looks the part but obviously at this price it is solely of plastic construction. This means under stress, there is a degree of flex and creaking from this keyboard but not enough to impact on the practicality of this keyboard. It syncs fine wth my Mac and iPad and works great with no perseptible lag. The only real issue is an aggressive sleep cycle to preserve battery. If you don't enter any text for about 30 seconds, the keyboard goes to sleep. It a easily woken by hitting a key but if you don't notice this and start typing away without waiting for the second it takes to wake up and reconnect then you will miss some characters from what you thought you had typed. It takes a little time to adjust how you work and allow for this wake from sleep if you are a stop/start typer. One other note, when typing away, while the keyboard feels good and responds well, it is a little noisy due to the plastic build. Not perfect but definitely a good product for the money.

Ordered on the Friday morning, it arrived by Tuesday morning on express delivery (£4.50), I added batteries and attempted to connect it to my iMac. Unfortunately it wouldn't connect and took 6 attempts before a successful connection was made.

Have been using the keyboard for two days now and it is impractical. Typing regularly, my paragraphs are full of spelling mistakes where the keys do not make proper contact and miss letters out.

There's no £ key.

Esc is Fn + top left key.

The key symbols are stickers glued to the keys - probably a matter of time before they come off.

Constantly drops connection and doesn't connect automatically when I restart my iMac. I have to hold the connect button on the keyboard.

If you need a keyboard for the occasional typing session this would be ok, but for day to day use it's unusable.

I've ordered a proper Apple one @ £57.

*** ORDER UPDATE ***

To be fair to Trademarket they have given me a full refund including the express postage I paid and their customer service has been top notch, always polite and quick.

I had a little problem with getting the @ sign on my Kindle. However was able to resolve it with the help of a few people online. You just need to change the bluetooth keyboard setting to USA, then re-pair up the 2 devices again. It works very well and is quite sturdy.

Works straight from the box. Pop in two AAA batteries, turn it on sync with your device, (I have a Galaxy Tab 2 10.1), and off you go.
Build quality is very good for the price. It looks like an Apple product but costs a fraction of the price. Key response is excellent and the size and spcing is ideal for a touch typer.

This keyboard is not Apple quality build, by then it's not a Apple product. What it is a perfect little device for typing on the Apple TV. It paired to my Apple TV 3 without a problem and now I can type all those searches which were such a pain with the tiddly little remote.

Had this keyboard just two days and I can already say its good kit. Its very light and compact, its not built like a brick out house though. So those outdoor rugby /war reporter types who want a something like a bullet shield for a key board...."no".

Its width is two lengths of my galaxy note 2 and its depth is about three quarters and its about as thick as my thumb at most. Basically its the size of a striped down laptop keyboard with no separate number pad. Its as heavy as a seagulls fart, with nice square keys with 2 or 3 millimetre separation making for clear key strikes.

I'm using it to type this via my note 2. Upsides are easy quick typing, down sides noooo spell checker/predictive text. Upside...i'm learning to spell again.

Keys give a pleasant soft spring response when struck.

For £11 inc post (20/9/13) you cannot go wrong
