I have been searching knowledge about touring bicycles for a year or so both on the net and local book stores.
Not many books i could find about touring bikes and most of that i found are lack of details and in dapth study on the subject matter.
I really enjoy Tony's book and it gives what i really look for.
The book is not about up-to-date bicycle frame, components and technology, it is about design philosophy which will not out of date.
Get one if you like to know more about touring bicycle design.

Used book in pristine state. It gives a biker nerd lots of hours of happy reading. I would recommend it for biker who are interested in the mechanics and building of touring bikes. A reference!
