    I bought two of the U301 flash drives one 16GB to be a recovery drive and a 32GB one for other random files etc.The drives are almost exactly 2 inches long which I find to be a large enough size so it isn't going to get lost but small enough to not be a pain and take up too much pocket space. If you are the sort of person who likes to fasten drives to key rings you may struggle as the gap is quite small I also found them to be a tight fit in my laptops USB ports.Speed wise I have seen faster drives but they cost more money and for my needs these are more than good enough and by no means slow. I've included the results from crystaldiskmark in the attached images the USB3.0 drives managed ~100MBs compared with my old Kingston USB2.0 ~38MBsAt £7.40 for the 32GB and £5.20 for the 16GB I have no complaints (If I have any issues later with how they last I'll update my review)

    Before going on a recent holiday I decided to pick up a USB stick to transfer my photos and videos too so with this being a good value offering with a decent capacity for what I needed I opted to go with a brand I know and trust. The USB stick is compact, lightweight and looks good but above all else it was quick and easy to use which meant I was able to transfer all of the photos and videos over with no hassle.

    Great for it's price and it appears to be quite high quality.

    Good points:

    The memory stick is very sturdy and high quality, especially compared to some other memory sticks such as the SanDisk cruiser blade. The memory stick has decent transfer speeds and does not appear to get hot when transferring large files for longer periods. It comes with a cap for the USB end which fits nicely and will also clip onto the other end of the stick to store it when it's currently plugged into a computer and/or other USB capable device.

    Bad points:

    The transfer speeds, while still fast are slower than what I expected for a USB 3.0 memory stick. The transfer speed depends on the type of file and can sometimes slow down to roughly 15MB/s. The packaging was also quite difficult to open, requiring a pair of scissors to open it.

    Overall, despite slower speeds, its a great USB 3.0 stick for its price and I highly recommend this for general file storage.

    This Toshiba TransMemory U301 32GB USB Flash Drive works fine in everything I have used it in, both Windows and Mac and also connected to some other devices I use. If connected to a USB 3.0 port it is quick to transfer files and I have had no problems at all with it.

    Only bad parts are I've lost the cap to one of them and the keychain hook has broken off on one of them.

    Good enough speed of transfer both write and read just don't transfer massive files as you will be there for a while waiting for it.

    Does get quite hot when plugged in.
