"A book about the consultancy business with a difference...address(es) how you can develop your performance...and grow your business effectively." -- Pharmaceutical Physician
From the Author
This book is designed for consultants who not only have responsibilities for delivering more complex projects, but also have taken on the work of managing part or all of a practice and the associated commercial aspects.
A lot of these latter topics will be familiar to business managers in other sectors - managing the business, product development and marketing, selling and sales management - but this book looks at these from the specific view of the consulting practice.
It's the book I wish I'd had to hand when I started to run a consultancy group!See all Product description

Easy to read and understand, it is excellent if you have absolutely no idea what is consultancy and plan to work as a consultant in the future. Otherwise, I will not recommend it, unless you are working as a consultant with an engineer background; but business related majors, do not bother an only get it if it is a second/third hand.
