The book gives some easy to follow useful recipes, and is clearly not written by a chef, which makes it some much more likeable. We have tried the pasta bake with Broccoli which was great, easy to do after a busy day and delicious. I liked the injection of tips regarding lifestyle and easy ways to make changes to our day to day life. Exercises in the back were all relatively easy and things you can do at home.
A really very useful book and so much more than a cookbook. Would recommend

Sound (not faddy, quick fix non-sense) fitness and nutritional advice and information. Very pleased. Absolutely worth it. Congratulations Tom on your new venture!
