I've reviewed Zooids volume 1 and 2 on the vol. 1 page. Pretty much the same arena as these but with a definite slight move away, on some tracks, from the Vol 1&2 material. Some excellent sound layering, which is one of Threadgills traits, where a depth of field in the harmonies is created by the various instrument's timbres, and no doubt some skilled recording techniques. No let up in the quality in Threadgill's version of comtemporary jazz/post jazz in today's jazz world, and some very telling and characteristic flute playing from Threadgill, as well.
