I was a bit sceptical about making bread as I had never managed to make a tasty loaf and the bread maker has been in the attic for years. This book is great, it actually gave the secret to successful machine bread making. Follow the recipe - simples (why hasn't anyone else told this formula). I make really good loaves now and have made Naan bread which is so much nicer than the commercial Naan bread. I also make our own Pizza bases as well and am about to embark on French bread this week. I am going to buy the book by this author which gives bread recipes.

I bought this little book as some of my bread was failing or not so nice as it should be. Some useful info on slightly changing recipes, adding honey and not sugar, as well as some more interesting titles. It's simple this book but useful for quick reference.

This is a useful little book and helped us to see where we had been going wrong with our old breadmaker, which was second hand and had no instructions. Our new one is working very well and, thanks to the tips, we are getting great bread.

This is a small book which is not very inspirational to look at. If you want glossy pictures of French sticks, look elsewhere, but the tips are very good and cover the essentials plus giving a few recipes.

Great little book for the beginner, (like me).
