Product Description

In the 1980s US public TV station New Jersey Network produced some groundbreaking documentaries about Doctor Who, following the huge success of the programme in America. Doctor Who - Then and Now was made in 1987. Presented by Eric Luskin and recorded in the NJN studios it features unique interviews with Terry Nation talking about the creation of the Daleks and Patrick Troughton discussing his portrayal of the second Doctor. Also featured are Sylvester McCoy, the (then) seventh and latest Doctor, plus Carole Ann Ford, who played the first Doctor's granddaughter Susan. This is a fascinating look at Doctor Who from an American perspective in the 1980's... It's classic Time Travel TV! Jump on board!
