For anyone who says they just can't find the time this book should be a godsend. Good, solid practical advice on every page about how to fit the right amount of training into your life. And lots of good advice on how to avoid falling into the time-starved trap.

Even for those who think they have their training sorted it's worth a read to see if you can improve on what you do. I'm wondering if I have more time than I think. Perhaps I can free up some time from training and achieve the same results. Now there's something worth reading!

Take this book and Rebecca's excellent turbo training guide and achieve your cycling goals. All without getting divorced or unnecessarily unsociable.

I bought this book to kick start my training program as I intend to do a 62 mile cycle this year for charity. The book gave good tips and training ideas and has helped motivate me into getting back on my bike in the cold, wet weather to prepare. Well worth the £1.99.

Thank you so much Rebecca!

I've recently bought all your books after following you amazing blogs.

Lots of new fresh advice for someone like myself, has only recently got back into cycling after the under23s. It is very clear, simple and realistic, with great results in return if you apply yourself with commitment to Rebecca's advice.

I recommend this to every time-starved cyclist as these tips are powerful and precious for the fact that not many successful elite cyclists are willing to share their many year gained knowledge.

Wishing you all the very best.

Thank you once again,
Diego

I've just downloaded this and although I've not studied it extensively yet I've already been able to draw some helpful tips to enable me to get more from my cycling. Life seems to always get in the way of training but hopefully with Rebecca's motivational hints and sound advice I'll be able to make the adjustments necessary. I'd definitely recommend this book to anyone in need of a bit of a boost. Now I'm off to get on my turbo-trainer!

I approached this book from a slightly different angle, I was involved in a cycling accident back in September which i've only just recovered from and was looking for a book to help me kick off my rehab and help structure my training.

Even after just a brief read i'm impressed with quality of the writing and looks very well researched.

Certainly looks like my time spent back in the saddle is going to be much more productive :-)

Thanks Rebecca.

A good follow-up to Rebecca's turbo training book. Rebecca writes in a friendly and informative manner. If you feel your training has hit a plateau and you're not seeing the gains or lacking motivation - this book helps you take a step back to analyse your lifestyle and set achievable goals. From this perspective it differs from a plain old training manual which can often dictate a training plan. This book helps you to create a training plan to suit your lifestyle and to help you hit those all important goals - afterall, we're not all professional cyclists with the hours to dedicate.

I think there are a lot of good things in here. I should say that the method outlined is not brilliant for me, but that doesn't take away from the decent advice offered.
