At long last Peter has given his side of his interesting life.
His Duel of Eagles is the definitive Battle of Britain book, after all he was a fighter pilot in the battle so knows the real story.
His autobiography gives us the missing bits of his life, especially the romance with Princess Margaret.
Spoken openly and obviously truthfully but through it all, unlike many others, Peter remained a true officer and a gentleman.

Bought as a gift, but once the recipient had read it, it sounded so good I had to borrow it back. The story was great, this is an autobiography of someone who really has lived a life and not just had a few top hits!

The above lady thoroughly enjoyed this extremely well written book. It makes very enjoyable bed-time reading, and could be called quite rivetting.
