I liked how in the first book my heart was with Katia and I thought Marcus was an absolute b@stard to her. The things he did and the way he was and his secrets made me really dislike him. I could see why he did it, but it was wrong to do it.
Katia on the other hand, was a beautiful person in the first book. She went into her marriage full of hope and love and was totally crushed by Marcus. I fell a little bit in love with Katia.
Now this book....wow...my feelings totally changed towards both of them. After the cliffy in book one, it was only a matter of time when Marcus would see what he had lost and not just lost but totally destroyed. I didn't want Katia to let him off the hook easily. I wanted to see him on his knees for her. But Katia!!! You lost my sympathy when you kept your secret for 2 years. I don't want to say what it is because I can't remember how long into the book you have to get to find it out lol.
Katia's revenge was so out of character which actually made it all the more shocking. She really was a broken shell when she split from Marcus but hell's bells, the way she wanted him to pay was a little over the top! (again, I can't say cos it would spoil things!)
I always think Ms Jewel knows just the right way to write a book. This had dual POV's and also Now and Then tense chapters. This really gave me an insight into how broken Marcus was. Ms Jewel is an excellent storyteller and writes with such passion and emotion that is would be very difficult not to fall in love with the characters and it also makes it very hard to put down the book once you've started.Read more ›
I was left at the end of Vol 1 absolutely 100% behind Katia as her world imploded. It wasn't long into Volume 2 though that my loyalties were jumping ship. I'm sitting there absolutely feeling like crap for Marcus! But it's not just that Katia and her life have me near to tears constantly, I did want to wring her neck like Dusty wants too when he sees how she is living and the conditions are not brilliant at all. Katia is just so stubborn! You'll probably feel the same especially when you realise what else is going on.
The way the tables are turned in Vol 2 is brilliant, what Katia instigates when she is at her absolute lowest left me gutted for Marcus! I loved that this booked did a 180 and the behaviours switch characters. Who'd have thought Katia had it in her and who'd have thought Marcus had it in him too to do the right thing.
I honestly hand on heart think Bella could not have wrote this any better. From the first word to the last word I was glued, there was no way any bugger was going to pry me away from this story. This story is escapism done at it's best.
I've also got to mention I loved the Then and Now way it was written, this did add to understanding, feeling and the suspense as I read through. Bloody loved it!
Well worth 5+++ stars and far more. And well worth anyone's one click.
I received an ARC of 'Til Death but again I will be buying it immediately on release as I do with all of Bella's book if I can't pre-order them - yes for me it's that good again. My reviews are my own and are 100% honest.
It has been over a year since Katia left and she is not living a life of luxury. She has to face her past so she goes back to deal with Marcus. No matter what has happened between these two people Katia still loves Marcus so seeing him again is like ripping open a wound. But there is still more heartache in store for Katia.
This book is still in the 'Now' and 'Then' and alternative between Marcus and Katia. The Then' part is after Katia left and what Marcus is going through and the 'Now' is what is going on with Marcus and Katia in their lives.
The whole conclusion comes to a climax and their wouldn't be a great book without drama and an incident that will rock both their worlds.
When I finished reading this book I was relived because so much happened in this book that I was unsure how this book could end on a good note, but Bella Jewel brought it back round. I laughed and I cried had my heart broken then it was healed. It was truly an amazing book and a great climax to a great book. It is amazing book and just brilliant.

What a beautiful written book... by the end of the last book I was totally on Katia's side, but seeing the way Marcus was left as well had my heart strings pulling! Read morePublished 16 months ago by Amazon Customer
This book defiantly is not one of my favourites. It bored me and I skipped most of it, preferring the end! They were both hard to like, there was no real love for these characters.Published 17 months ago by Anna-Marie king
