This is a book about Christ's life between the Baptism in Jordan and the Crucifiction, before and after.
Many questions become answered, and many new questions are raised.
Rudolf Steiner's influence is important and can not be denied.
A Legend concerning the return of the Christ, mentioned by Dostojevsky, the questions that arrive and how they are answered, prompted me to read he "Brothers Karamasov", just to see how Dostojevsky came to it.
If being a believer in Christianity or not, there is much to find in this book.
If Truth is an important issue, then I believe this book is important!

5.0 out of 5 stars A Master Work on the Mystery of the Christ 4 Jan. 2013
By James Freeman - Published on

The collection by Emil Bock including "The Three Years" will leave you begging for more but entirely satisfied at the same time. A devoted Christian minister with a fascinating middle European biography Bock devoted his life to the research of the Mystery of Golgotha. His love for the topic, his multilingual research skills and his immersion in spiritual science and the life work of Dr. Rudolf Steiner gave him the ability to communicate deep mysteries in a way that any reader could comprehend. I would place him on a parallel with Dr. Steiner in helping us understand the story of scripture, the people and culture of the period and the attendant manuscripts produced. Everyone should read this and all of the collection. It will absolutely change your understanding of your life and the history and purpose of the world we live in.
