I wished somebody had told me that this book was in fact 3 of Jo Beverley previous Rogues story bundled up together. Great if you have one missing, not so good if you have managed to have them all.
The 5 star rating belongs in fact to each of the individual story which are "the Demon's mistress", "All men are Rogues" (I think this is the title, it is the novella) and the "Devil's heiress".. which I have obviously rated previously!

The three stories are linked by the heroes, childhood friends and all wounded by what life threw at them. I really enjoyed the first and third stories, and think they deserved five stars. However, I could not take to Brianna in the second book at all, and I still cannot believe how she ended up with all she wanted. I don't read fiction to see selfish gold-diggers do well, there's too much of that in real life.

3 books in one but I found them far fetched but quite entertaining as a light read and liked the "Georges"

HASH(0x9e45e288) out of 5 stars The Three Georges Wow!! 20 Jun. 2008
By Nina - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
These guys are terrific. They grew up together in the same area, played together when young and formed lasting friendships. Van Vandeimen,Hawk Hawkinville, and Con Sommerford. They are the three Georges. Because of confussion they changed their names from George and got tatoo's, A Devil, A Hawk and a Dragon. Only one of the Georges,(Con) is a Rogue but through him they are all part of the same group. We also find out what the tatoo's mean and why they have them. They were all hurt and scared by the war where they lost many friends and comrades. The stories are about three men and the three women in their lives and how they help bring their men back from the brink of, hurt, financial disaster, and even death. Interwoven throughout are the Rogues and how they help and how the Georges even come in to save the day. There is wonderful character developement, funny and heartwarming dialogue and at the end we find out what happened to Dare and Maria Theress, Nicholas Delaney's nemesis. You have to Read An Arranged Marriage and an Unwilling Bride before you can truly understand and appreciate the last book of the Heroes called the Devils Heiress and see that it is the culmination of many Rogue intrigues. Yes it is long but it is two entire novels and a novella. You will smile and say thank heaven, but you WILL enjoy it. But read the other books first so that you can understand and appreciate everything that takes place. This book helps to set up what happens in Hazard. Another company of Rogues book. All are Wonderful Reads.

HASH(0x9e00baac) out of 5 stars Excellent read 9 April 2016
By TimelessRomantic - Published on Amazon.com

This box set contains three separate stories of English soldier/heroes from the Napoleonic War. Although they are friends, each story is a work that stands on its own and very interesting. You will feel touched by their struggles and share their joy when they find true love.
